Our mission

Our mission is simply to provide custom keepsakes and apparel for personal and business use that inspires, capture memories and make statements.

About Us

Black Butterfly Custom Creations founder and customs designer Tawanda Harvey comes from a technology and logistics background. In 2019, after serving 21 years, Tawanda retired from the United States Navy and decided to change gears and dedicate her energy towards Black Butterfly Custom Creations. BBCC is a collection of custom keepsakes and apparel for personal and business use. Focusing on quality material, good design, craftsmanship and sustainability, BBCC reflects the epitome of quality over quantity.

Tawanda has always been a creative. She became really inspired after becoming a mom. Teaching our young children, that they can do and be anything they want in life as long as they worked hard and remained true to self. This has been a life lesson, especially while serving in the USN. Having this mindset inspired her to develop custom items that were inspirational and personality driven. Customs that captured moments in time and told a story.
